Ukraine offers creditors to discuss new proposal on debt restructuring in London

"Today, the Finance Ministry has sent an updated proposal on restructuring of government-backed debt to the Special Committee of Creditors," the statement said. "Due to time required for legalization of proposals on debt restructuring, the Ministry urges creditors to take part in a meeting at the highest level in London on Thursday," it said.
