Parliament adopts bill allowing entrepreneurs not to use stamps

"This law offers to completely abolish the use of stamps. Signature is that can be verified, it can be examined. People work in such a way all over the world," chairman of the parliamentary committee on industrial policy and entrepreneurship Viktor Halasiuk (the Radical Party faction) said when discussing the bill. The bill proposes excluding from the legislation of the requirement for the obligatory use of stamps regardless of their availability, excludes the possibility of recognizing a document (agreement, transaction) invalid (not signed) due to non-availability of a stamp.
