In the video the head of the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry and personnel of the diplomatic institution congratulated in Ukrainian our country on the national holiday .
Earlier, President of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitė sent her greetings on this occasion to President of Ukraine.
