Vershbow assesses results of Minsk agreements

The results of the Minsk agreements are disappointing, but not failing. This is what NATO Deputy Secretary General Alexander Vershbow believes. He also said that first what is necessay to do is to withdraw  heavy equipment and implement measures aimed at decentralization, to organize  elections under Ukrainian law and under the supervision of the OSCE. But elections can not be held if the security situation  will remain at current levels, said Alexander Vershbow.
