Ukraine's Cabinet approves draft law on business ombudsman

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at an extraordinary meeting on March 14 approved the draft law on the establishment of a business ombudsman.

Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Trade Representative of Ukraine Natalia Mykolska said at the meeting that the adoption of this bill is necessary for business deregulation and cooperation between Ukraine and the International Monetary Fund (IMF).Presenting the bill, Natalia Mykolska noted that the document expands the rights of business ombudsman and determines the basic conditions of this institution in the context of improving the business climate.
