The OSCE reports of growing number of attacks in Donbas.
It is reported that on the eve the OSCE monitors recorded 47 uncertain explosions, 5 shots from small arms and eight shots from machine guns.
The representatives of the OSCE mission also noted the deterioration of situation in Horlivka, where on January 30 for half an hour 48 explosioms were recorded and 160 shots from heavy machine guns. However, near Lugansk situation remained relatively calm - 6 violations of the ceasefire were recorded , the OSCE said.
