Ukraine to continue importing coal from South Africa next year

Two ships from South Africa would arrive to Ukraine in the second half of January. The minister said that on December 4 through December 12 around 250,000 tonnes of coal would arrive to Odesa ports from South Africa. Demchyshyn said that negotiations with activists of the energy blockade of Crimea to connect the Kakhovka-Tytan power line are underway. He said that if the line is connected, coal supplies from the eastern Ukraine conflict area might renew.
