British Minister of State for International Development Desmond Swayne said this in Kyiv opening a photo exhibition titled 'Faces of Refugees'. "I'm glad to report on raising additional $1.5 million for the support small entrepreneurships [of IDPs]," he said. Swayne also said that a further $1.5 million will be issued by the UK to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to provide humanitarian aid to residents of Donetsk and Luhansk regions in areas uncontrolled by Ukraine.
