Militants shell ATO forces 20 times over past day

"From 18:00, the militants shelled Mayorske [45km north of Donetsk] and Zaitseve [67km north-north-east of Donetsk], using grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms. In Luhansk direction, they fired on our positions outside Shchastia [23km north of Luhansk] from grenade launchers and small arms. In Mariupol direction there was an active sniper, in the area of Shyrokyne [20km east of Mariupol]," reads the statement. According to the ATO headquarters, most attacks by the Russian-terrorist mercenaries were recorded in Donetsk direction. Militants engaged BMP-2 weapons, grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms. They attacked Ukraine’s defenders six times near Avdiyivka (18km north of Donetsk), three times outside Pisky (12km north-west of Donetsk), and aimed fire on Krasnohorivka (29 km west of Donetsk) and Opytne (11.5km north-west of Donetsk). The Ukrainian military continue adhering to the Minsk Agreements unilaterally.
