On August 18, armed clashes in the city continue, with people reporting shootings and fighting.Long queues for staple foods were seen in several local markets."Overall, the situation around food, medication and fuel supplies remains without change: nothing is being delivered to the city. No payouts are being made in Luhansk," the city council said.
