Ukraine has lost its $100 million case before the International Court of Arbitration against Russia's OJSC Tatneft concerning a dispute on the ownership rights of Ukrtatnafta (Kremenchuk Oil Refinery, Poltava region), and the country intends to appeal, Ukraine's Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko told journalists in Kyiv on Friday.
"The court's decision has not gone into effect. It partially upheld the company's case, the case of around $100 million. […] Now we are preparing an appeal. It will be submitted by the end of the month," he said.
