A regional military recruitment office came under fire in Kharkiv in the early hours of August 4, with attackers using automatic rifles and a flame thrower, Dmytro Horbunov, the head of the regional media center of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, has said.He said the supposedly Russian-made Shmel flame thrower was fired at 0235.
