Head of the State Border Service of Ukraine Mykola Lytvyn has said that there is a large concentration of Russian troops and military vehicles on Ukraine's eastern border with Russia.
"There's an accumulation of groups of Russian troops, who acted under the guise of exercises. The exercises are over, but they stayed on the ground. They are maneuvering every day, and there are various provocations, especially at night," he said at a press conference on March 25. Lytvyn said that border guards were monitoring the situation and confirming the presence of a threat."The threat, and a large-scale concentration of troops, remain," he said.
