President instructs Government by December to develop and implement mechanism to encourage youth employment in rural areas

Every year the number of young specialists should be not less than 2.5 thousand. This is stated in the National Action Plan for 2013 "On the implementation of the economic reforms program."

Starting already from the second half of the year a system of giving vouchers for retraining citizens aged up to 45 years should operate in the country to increase their competitiveness in the labor market as well as a system of consultation for people who want to do business.
