The address of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych to the Verkhovna Rada should take place before the end of March, Parliament Speaker Volodymyr Rybak forecast while interacting with the parliamentary journalists on the occasion of March 8 (International Women's Day).
"The message is being prepared. This month it will be submitted to the Verkhovna Rada," the speaker said. Rybak also informed that he had already had a meeting with Yanukovych on this issue. According to him, the president, in particular, will touch on European integration. The speaker said that the president's speech in the parliamentary session hall depends on the opposition. "If people's deputies give up rallying, the president may come. I told the deputies: If you are willing to listen to the president, the president will listen to you," Rybak said.
