Kozhara, Lavrov sign 2013 cooperation plan between foreign ministries

The ceremony of signing took place in Chernivtsi after a meeting of the Subcommittee on International Cooperation of the Ukrainian-Russian Interstate Commission.

A dialogue between the foreign ministries of Ukraine and Russia is developing on a scheduled basis. Clear evidence of this was the signing of the plan of cooperation between the foreign ministries of our countries," Ukrainian FM Leonid Kozhara said at a press briefing after the meeting. According to him, during the meeting with his Russian counterpart the sides discussed a number of burning issues of bilateral cooperation, with particular emphasis on foreign policy and economic issues."Our cooperation in the international arena will be continued, I'm sure, will significantly intensify. This will also contribute to Ukraine's chairmanship in the OSCE," added Kozhara.
