08-01-2013 14:24

Specifically, canceled are flights to Donetsk, Odessa, Simferopol, Budapest, Chisinau, Tel Aviv, and the flight to Stockholm.

Borispol Airport warns of the possibility of deviation in the schedule of flights in the coming days. On December 29, 2012, the Commercial Court of Kyiv region launched proceedings in the case on the bankruptcy of PJSC AeroSvit Airlines following the AeroSvit  Airlines application to the Commercial Court of Kyiv region regarding the opening of a case on bankruptcy in order to launch the procedure of readjustment, restore the solvency and ensure the fulfillment of obligations to creditors in full. The indebtedness of the carrier to creditors as of 27 December was UAH 4.27 billion. Airport "Borispol" from January 4 suspended servicing of some AeroSvit flights due to breach of financial discipline by this carrier but later it said that the company settled all problems with the state enterprise "Boryspil International Airport."
