Over six million tourists visit Crimea in 2012

A total of 6.134 million tourists holidayed in Crimea in 2012, which was 8.1% more than in 2011. This was announced by Crimean First Deputy Resorts and Tourism Minister Mykola Marinov, the Crimean resort and information center reported.

In addition, the number of tourists who rested in Crimea on December 30-31, 2012 grew by 6% compared to the same period in 2011, from 25,900 to 27,500 tourists. According to the Crimean Resorts and Tourism Ministry, 6,130 children improved their health in child sanatoriums in 2012.
